Who We Are

SwitcherMate Business is a trading name of SwitcherMate Ltd (Company No. 16568958), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 8a Whalley Road, Accrington, BB5 1AA. ICO Registration No. ZC080646. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our services, operating in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and PECR.

What We Collect

Contact details: First name, email address, and mobile number — collected via our Business Energy, Broadband & VoIP, and Card Machine enquiry forms.

Business Energy: Business postcode, MPAN/MPRN, estimated annual usage, current energy supplier, contract end date.

Uploaded energy bills: Where you choose to upload a copy of your energy bill, we process the bill image or PDF to automatically read your meter number (MPAN/MPRN) and usage details so we can prepare your quote. Uploading a bill is optional — you can always enter these details manually instead.

Broadband & VoIP: Business postcode, service type (broadband only or broadband & VoIP), number of VoIP users required.

Card Machines: Business category, business activity type, estimated monthly card turnover, whether the business is new, and current card machine provider (if applicable).

Communications: Emails, WhatsApp messages, and call recordings where applicable.

Technical: IP address, browser type, device type, cookies, and website analytics.
